How the Crime Prevention Approach will be utilized to address the Save our Children Issues
The selected crime prevention approach for this project will be to provide educational and physical outreach programs to these affected communities. At least three companies, businesses or other institutions located within these affected areas will aid in the assessment of the project. The companies identified are: 352 Multimedia, (Off Da Chainz Productions). Assessments will be used as a tool to evaluate each company's processes and identify target areas for crime prevention opportunities and give our children a more positive outlook on life.

Superior Moves for Kids is a movement spawned by the vision of those that fight in the spirit against injustice and unfairness in America. Chief Executive Officer, Corey Williams. Superior Moves for Kids is dedicated to fueling the dreams of children in disadvantaged areas around the world. Superior Moves for Kids, is a vision of Corey Williams, CEO and his daughter Cyniah Williams and son Cameron Williams, co-CEOs. One of the major goals of this project is to increase community involvement and education regarding Crime Prevention strategies, teen-age issues, job creation and voting rights. Area citizens coalitions, representatives from local record company’s and recording producers, street retail vendors, as well as Hispanic and Asian community support our movement.
These local community groups are committed to actively recruit members from the affected communities, which they are apart of, and to sponsor community forums/ discussion groups dealing specifically with crime prevention, sexual awareness, job placement resources and drug intervention strategies. These community forums/discussion groups will focus on education and involvement in the Superior Moves for Kids Project. The local community groups will be provided with curriculum regarding crime prevention, sexual awareness and drugs which will be developed and presented by CW Multimedia.
Through the Superior Moves for Kids Project, our Community will be incorporated into the program processes of education, testing, awareness and rehabilitation for family members and skilled training for those that need an alternative for traditional education. The local community groups will take an active role in learning about and participating in the projects programs and subsequent activities required to implement these programs. The recommendations of the community groups will form an integral part in the decision making process. They will learn job skills and more from the following:
Administrative Skills (Word Processing)
Public Speaking courses
Math and Reading Labs
Sexual Awareness training and responsibility
Video/Audio recording and distribution
Drug Prevention and awareness
Business Plan development seminars

These local groups will be empowered with the education, support and advocacy to ensure that there is fair treatment for all people with regard to the development, implementation, and enforcement of crime enforcement laws, regulations, programs and policies. As well as being better informed of the dangers of sexual transmitted diseases and drug addiction. In doing so, our Communities can better serve itself.
The organization’s purpose is clear, the children are the future and they need every opportunity to be the future instead of being recycled by a past they don’t understand. The Superior Moves for Kids movement is every hungry child that wants a better life and some food to eat. As CEO of 352 Multimedia, I could have been very selfish with my knowledge of life and economics so financially my family’s future would be fine. However, as a leader, a Marine Corps Veteran, Friend and Father of a very dynamic and special daughter I cannot be selfish because I have to ensure that everyone’s daughter or son’s future is as bright as the next.

Description of Affected Communities
The Gainesville Metropolitan area is a region that not only is rich in ethnic and racial diversity, but also has a strong history of heavy drug trafficking in the affected areas I‘m targeting. Mom’s Kitchen was a historic landmark that had withstood all of nature and the street’s fury for more than forty years. However, even Mom’s Kitchen succumbed to the high drug and crime area that was notorious for illegal activity and is no longer in operation.
In the historically black neighborhood of Northwest 5th Ave at Sharmie Farr Park or W. Johnson Resource Center, is where I got the inspiration to set up a Superior Moves for Kids Foundation headquarters. As a youth, I attended a recreational and arts programmed that challenged me mentally and culturally. The activity building for the children is closed and locked. I care and need your financial or networking assistance to accomplish the mission.
Each of these communities are culturally diverse with high minority populations, which leads to an unfortunate unemployment rate in Gainesville which is higher than in other Metropolitan areas of the same size. The residents in the affected communities I am trying to reach live under the poverty level. Due to the crime and drug trafficking in our Community, resulting in part from the departure of local businesses, the revitalization of the economy and industry in our Communities is a priority. Through the efforts of the Regional Chamber of Commerce, local bodies of government, and cooperative partnerships within the community, this revitalization will become a reality.
The Superior Moves for Kids movement hopes not only to continue to revitalize our Community; but to utilize Crime Prevention practices to educate the community, implement environmental community initiatives, and provide small businesses with the advanced technical assistance and training necessary to empower them to use such practices.
This will be accomplished through a cooperative partnership of the public and private sectors. The proposed project will couple education and community initiatives, there by facilitating the fair treatment of social issues for all community residents. This could potentially create wage-competitive jobs in close proximity to directly benefit the disadvantaged population.
A community initiative is already underway, sponsored by 352 Multimedia., in the redevelopment of playgrounds and community centers near low-income housing, which are located around many like minded business members. The Superior Moves for Kids Project desires not only to educate members of the affected communities about Social Justice, but it also strives to involve these communities in the critical decision making process. Small businesses in these affected communities will be provided with technical assistance from 352 Multimedia to implement strategies of Crime Prevention and by assisting with advertising for their businesses.
By providing a complete program of community education and involvement, unique technical assistance, and small business implementation funding, we believe that this will be a result-oriented project that will benefit our entire Community and have national applicability. This demonstration project could be implemented throughout the United States by "transferring" the Superior Moves for Kids Project experience and expertise to other communities and universities.

Identification of Social Issues to be Addressed by the Project
The following issues will be addressed through a cooperative effort involving many businesses and organizations in the Alachua County area:
Job training;
Identify potential economic threats to the affected communities due to historic and current heavy drug manufacturing and distribution;
Community education involving nutrition strategies in affected communities to help kids eat better; Combating Childhood obesity
Community involvement in the promotion and implementation of sexual awareness and drug addiction initiatives by local small businesses in affected communities;
Providing advanced technical assistance for small businesses through Public Service Announcements and Seminars
Assisting small businesses, located in the affected communities, with filing applications to our banking partners for business Loans .
Included in these partnerships are several businesses and organizations, including 352 Multimedia, local social activists, civic organizations, and all affected community government offices.Project Methods or Design
Assessments will be used as a tool to evaluate each company's processes and identify target areas for Crime Prevention Opportunities and their subsequent implementation to rid our streets of crime and give our children a more positive outlook on life. . This approach involves the following activities:

Research crimes and illegal activity, conduct surveys on teen pregnancy, drug habits, eating habits and nutrition

Develop Social and Economic Ambassadors on a local level to promote to a National level
Present crime prevention, sexual awareness and drug prevention opportunities in video form developed by CW Multimedia
Community education and outreach activities will be ongoing during the project. Educational programs for both the public and the private communities will be designed to aggressively promote the awareness and implementation of Crime Prevention, sexual awareness and drug prevention strategies and Social Justice issues.
Staff Educators presently employed by 352 Multimedia, will provide outreach programs for Community, Business and Industry groups, and political leaders. Our goal is to inform the people in the target area of opportunities for fair treatment through the development, implementation, and enforcement of judicial laws, regulations, and policies.
All residents in the target area will be given the opportunity to attend 352 Multimedia curriculum workshops. The educators will work with the local law enforcement officers, the local businessman and the streets to select and deliver an effective social curriculum to residents during a series of workshops, thus providing them with the knowledge and curriculum that will enable them to include social justice issues in their daily lives.
“Being the Vision of Today” A series of seminars with an “At-risk” Youth focus will be offered free of charge to communities in the affected areas. Possible topics include, but are not limited to:
* Bullying
* Peer Pressure
* Good and Bad Food (Healthy vs. Unhealthy) Eating habits
* Coping with a parent on crack or cocaine
* How to relieve stress without violence
* African and World history 101
* Sexual Awareness
Project Evaluation
These will be calculated using company provided figures for the chosen projects prior to implementation. This will provide a background level from which future comparisons will be made. Estimated potential reductions will be made as a decision making tool for potential projects. Actual values for these parameters will be documented after implementation using company records.
* Cost Benefit of implemented projects will be performed using the data collected during the assessment and after implementation. Employees of 352 Multimedia will perform the evaluation.
